Melamine-faced MDF

A fine surface, easy to work with, at home in most furniture

Melamine-faced MDF is the material most widely used in contemporary furniture manufacturing. The MDF core is uniform and dimensionally stable with a flat face, and the melamine layer over it opens up a wide choice of colours, grains and finishes.

Trúc Mộc selects codes that work in practice — from domestic furniture through to office, retail and commercial fit-outs.

Strengths

  • A flat, even face that machines cleanly.
  • A wide choice of colours and surface grains.
  • Combines easily with different interior styles.
  • Suited to batch production.
  • Pairs with matching edge banding, code for code.
  • Efficient where both appearance and cost matter.
