Laminate-faced plastic board puts a hard laminate surface on a waterproof plastic core. It resists water, scratching and heavy knocks, and the wood grain reads convincingly.
It suits the places that get handled most — worktops, TV shelves, upper-end kitchen units, anywhere things get knocked — because it holds up without giving up the look.
